Schultz & Associates, CPA, provides optional bookkeeping services for our business clients. We provide a variety of services that many businesses do not have the budget or time to do on their own. While many firms will only support year end accounting and tax filing, out firm will also provide bookkeeping services and payroll processing. While our team is most familiar with QuickBooks, we will work with any software that your business uses. We have been providing bookkeeping services for 20 years, so we have our processes down. Most monthly cleanup is completed prior to the 15th day after month end. Our fees are fixed and billed monthly based on the complexity of your business.
Bookkeeping Services Training
With Schultz, CPA, you can count on ongoing support for your bookkeeping services needs. We include unlimited QuickBooks (or other software) support in all our client engagements, without any additional charges. When you begin using your software we will provide comprehensive training tailored to your needs. We will help to customize the bookkeeping system to be consistent with your industry’s standards.
One-Time Bookkeeping Services Cleanup
If you require assistance with a one-time bookkeeping cleanup services, we are more than happy to help. We will provide the necessary services based on a predetermined fee. These engagements typically involve clients who are behind on their bank reconciliations. Whether you need assistance for one month or multiple years, we can help. While reconciliations are the most common request, we are equipped to assist you with any bookkeeping and accounting related matter you require.
Ongoing Bookkeeping Support
We often encounter business owners who use their bookkeeping software solely for check writing but wish to stay current and review their numbers. Therefore, At Schultz CPA, we offer perpetual bookkeeping support to help you complete monthly reconciliations and adjustments.
